For more than a decade Coca‑Cola HBC Belarus has worked to implement corporate responsibility and sustainability into all of our business processes and decisions. We determined the most sufficient environmental and social issues to our business, consulted with key stakeholders and developed ambitious strategies, targets and commitments.

Our focus is on optimization of our production and logistics base, our operating costs and cash conversion. Cost control helps to ensure that the increase in revenues due to price and product mix improvements benefited our profitability.
