On October, 13 “Imaguru” gathered professionals for an exciting dialogue. I’m happy to note that the teachers are aware of modern market trends, ask profound questions about an individual’s place in professional activity. Mutually we were trying to answer the question: “What problems are there with schools, teachers nowadays?” Schools and business have one common problem – everyone wants to work in IT industry, and how to convince children that this sphere does not suit everyone? The teachers thanked everyone for helpful and useful information about certain competences businesses and modern labour market need and said that they would be able to define the right method for the development and training of schoolchildren

The teachers also could share with each other ideas in the format of one-minute-and- a-half pitches. They told the audience about various methods of personal effectiveness, the use of social networks as an educational tool, time management, psychological aspects in the learning process, peculiarities of working with indigo children, the development of media literacy through school television, storytelling opportunities in the classroom, visualization and gamification trainings, the Walt Disney method and interactive social studies. In total, over 40 ideas were presented, out of which 13 were selected as the best ones.
