The main guests of the holiday were families with children who decided to devote a sunny summer day to sports.

Thirty five kinds of sports were presented at 20 locations of the complex, so everyone could choose an activity based on one’s interests. Along with summer sports, winter sports like hockey, biathlon, curling, and speed skating were presented at the event.

Parents and children, in their turn, could get all the necessary information about the sports presented at the event and sports schools available in Minsk. Specialists from each section shared information about sports opportunities for children, so that parents could make a decision on the specialized sports club for their children.

Guests of the International Olympic day could participate in various sports contests and get presents and souvenirs.

Famous Belarusian sportsmen attended the sports event: Anna Guskova, an Olympic champion of Pyeongchang-2018, Nadezhda Skardino, an Olympic champion in women's biathlon in Pyeongchang, Aleksandra Gerasimenya, a three-time Olympic medalist in swimming, Aleksandra Narkevich, a rhythmic gymnast, Mikhail Grabovski, an ice-hockey player, and other famous sportsmen. They dispensed autographs, took pictures with guests, told the public their success stories and encouraged children to do sports.
