Thus, in 2012 the tournament was attended by 1 956 adolescents, this year it brought together about 30 thousand schoolchildren between the ages of 12 and 14 years. By tradition, teams of boys and girls from all regions of Belarus compete with each other. Amateur school teams take part in the competition. During the school year teams compete in the qualifying stages of the regional level.
Regional finals are organized according to a circular system, that is, regardless of the result, each team plays with all other teams. The strongest teams are striving for victory in the national final. A team that wins on points becomes the winner. This year eight teams of boys and the same number of girls’ teams aged 12-14 years competed for the right to be the winner of the tournament.
The national final was held on June, 1 in Minsk, Belarus. It was a very exciting and at the same time bright event. Various interactive entertainments and sport activities have been organized for participants and fans.
The team from the school N10 from Rechitsa became the winner of the tournament among boys, and among girls – the team from the school N47 from Minsk.
The winners traditionally were awarded a joint training session with the players of the national football team of the Republic of Belarus and a visit to the UEFA Nations League game with participation of teams from Belarus and San Marino.
